LF Semi-Cheap Anime Digital Artist
Can anyone recommend some decent anime digital artists who take relatively cheap commissions? I have a very specific picture in mind for a friend that I want done. I can draw ok myself but not well enough and only on paper.
I have a character I want drawn standing facing "the camera" in a dark creepy mansion hallway holding her very creepy doll which happens to be my friends character. I can provide images of the two characters and even a rough sketch of what I have in mind, I just need to know who can and will do it and how much they charge. I do want it in color.
